Infinite entertaining opportunities exist throughout the property grounds with a grand gazebo lounge area and screened-in outdoor living space off the resort-style pool and waterfront patios. The open-air outdoor shower with a waterfall shower head will leave you feeling invigorated and refreshed. Launch kayaks into the canal from your private sandy ramp and you’re a short paddle to the Florida Bay or take your boat out for backcountry fishing, lobstering, or water sports. Please inquire about dogs. Normally we do not take over a 30 pound dog and no more than 2. Need to know the breed, age and weight of the dogs that you are wanting to bring. There is a non refundable pet fee for dogs. We do not allow cats or any other animal than a dog.
Dockage for up to a 70 foot boat. (May be an additional charge depending on the size of the boat).

Summary: This home has it all! We stayed here for six weeks and loved everything about this location! The pool and hot tub were amazing and the landscaping was beautiful - it was so quiet and peaceful you would never know that you actually had neighbors! There was also an abundance of towels, beach towels, sheets, etc - which was a bonus! I usually pack extra towels but did not need them at all! I would definitely recommend this home!
